2024 "Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Cup" 23rd Tour of Qinghai Lake International Road cycling race, the third stage of the Mutual-Guide race started on July 9, a total of 146 riders participated in the competition, and the final Italian Badiani team Manuele Tarozzi won the championship.

The third stage covers a total of 202 kilometers, which is the first stage of this round Lake race to exceed 200 kilometers. There are three sprint points on the way. In addition, there is a level 1 climbing point of 3260 meters above sea level in Qingsha Mountain Pass and a special level (H) climbing point of 3539 meters above sea level in Nie Jialiang.

At the start of the race, the winner of the first stage, Jensen Ploulet of the Belgian team Obecin de Konik, withstood the pressure with great endurance and took the first sprint point. Daniil Marukhin of Astana, Kazakhstan took first place in the hotly contested second sprint. Chamba Seinbayar of Burgos' BH team topped the first climb, while Murubran Hennock of Astana Team in Kazakhstan was the first to cross the Super (H) climb. In the fierce competition, many drivers began to fall out of the breakthrough group, and finally Manuele Tarozzi of Italy's Badiani team stood out and won the stage champion, wearing the yellow shirt that symbolised the overall champion and the green shirt of the sprint king, and the polka dot shirt of the climbing king was worn by Murubran Hennock of Kazakhstan's Astana team. Saeed Safarzadeh of Qinghai Tianyoude Team retains the blue shirt of Asia's Best driver.
